Conditions of Entry
All patrons to Zone Laser Tag Albury agree:-
- the activities provided Zone Laser Tag Albury can be dangerous and if not undertaken correctly, involve the risk of injury to both a person and their property and that all patrons assume all risks by participating and that they participate at their own free will.
- to indemnify Zone Laser Tag Albury against any damage suffered to either their person or property from participating in the activities provided.
- to accept full responsibility for all equipment supplied during the course of the activity and agree to cover the full cost of any or all equipment that may be lost or damaged whilst in their care or control.
- If any party area is left very untidy where extra cleaning is required, we will charge an extra $40 for cleaning
- that they are in good physical and mental health and that they are able to participate in the activities provided by Zone Laser Tag Albury.
- to abide by all instructions given by instructors or staff when entering these premises.
- to report any accidents, injuries, loss or damage suffered whilst participating in the activities provided by Zone Laser Tag Albury.
- that the activities may be recorded via video camera and/or live or delayed streamed to other guests and visitors both within Zone Laser Tag Albury or externally and agree to waive any claim for breach of privacy or other liability arising from the recording or streaming of activities.
- to be bound by these conditions of entry.
