Zone Laser Tag Albury has a COVID-19 policy in place for the health, wellbeing and safety for our staff and patrons whilst we participate in activities in the venue. if you require a copy or to view it, please ask.

Entry / Exit the venue
We may at times restrict the laser tag entry doors to only be entry or exit to avoid and minimise customer interaction at the doors. We may keep the mini golf entry door closed too.
There are no vaccination compliance orders for our industry.
If you have the flu or experiencing anything with flu like symptoms do not attend the venue. It is your responsibility when ill to avoid group gatherings. Staff may ask you a series of questions related to COVID-19 symptoms. If you are experiencing any symptoms, we can direct you to leave the building.
If you have COVID-19 or you have been in recent contact with a person who has COVID-19, do not attend the venue. Follow the current advice and orders regarding this
Follow all government guidelines in Victoria and NSW and the Border bubble to determine what you need to do and if you can attend the venue.
Registering your name
There is no requirement for our industry to have QR code / manual sign in register. Previous details kept for manual check in are kept on hand for 28 days and are only used of we need to contact you in the event of COVID-19 related matter.
There are presently no social distancing requirements for our industry.
We have plenty of hand sanitiser available. We also provide gloves for patrons if you prefer to use them.
All equipment is regularly cleaned through the day.
Laser tag patrons are strongly encouraged when playing back to back games to keep their vest on for the next game. This minimises delays between games.
We are ok with all types of payment transactions.
