Zone laser tag Albury has a range of Customer Service roles, Party Host roles and Shift Leader roles for staff aged 13 to mature aged adults.
We are a fun vibrant venue and we do need happy-go-lucky and/or kids-at-heart energetic staff to keep our customers entertained and happy. A fun and loud voice is a bonus with us.

Shift leader role
Ideally suited for staff with a career background in organisation and managing events, or department/food/office background who has the ability to manage several key venue elements simultaneously. It's a customer contact role too, managing bookings and activities.
This role covers shifts during Wednesday to Sundays and will also include other days/times out of our regular hours of you are available
ideally suited for staff aged 15+ and includes adult staff also. This role, you are the face of each birthday party who is supported by your team to manage background elements of the party. This role requires staff to have a loud voice, get attention of kids, be fun and have good time management to ensure our party flows correctly.
Key shifts for this role are Friday night, definitely Saturday and Sundays. We need staff who are available for many Saturday shifts.
Customer service staff
Some of these roles are suited for our younger 13 and 14 year old staff who support the Shift Leaders in the cafe/counter area and supporting our Party Hosts. This key role allows you to learn a lot of how our operation works and sets you up as you get older to merge into more customer facing roles.
This role mainly covers weekends
Other customer roles include Laser tag Marshall, Human Foosball umpire, and Mini golf attendant.
